Tiered Pricing Model
We tier our pricing because of the extra workload associated with larger and busier clinics. Larger clinics also benefit more financially from the deployment of MedVault as you can see from the ROI calculator to the right. No, there is no charge if you cancel your subscription during the free trial.
Your GMS panel size is determined in the first month after sign up. The price associated with that panel size will be locked in for 12 months. So if your panel increases from 980 patients to 1001 patients during the year you will still avail of the small clinic pricing until your current 12 contract expires.
It is the total number of patients in your panel. We do not apply any weighting to different demographics like the PCRS.
You can find your GMS panel size in your monthly pink sheets from the PCRS. Alternatively MedVault can identify the accurate figure as soon as the system is deployed in your practice for the free trial period.
